Remote presentation<\/strong>
For those authors who cannot or may not want to travel to CHIWORK 2023 we will offer options for remote presentations. Based on the experiences from the previous hybrid CHIWORK, we will offer an audio-visual presentation environment in the lecture hall that will allow a remote presentation via zoom with an included automatic captioning system. In the room we will offer microphones such that questions from the room on site can be made to the remote presenter. There will be cameras in the room that will give the remote presenter an impression of the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remote participation<\/strong>
For those participants who cannot or would not want to travel to CHIWORK 2023 in Oldenburg, we will strive to offer a good hybrid experience. The conference will take place in Oldenburg in Germany which is in Central European Standard Time (CEST). We will allow for remote participation in as many sessions as possible. The ability to participate will depend on the different session formats. A participation in talks and panel discussions will be made possible. Presentations of posters and demos will take place in a hybrid format to allow engagement for remote participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social Engagement<\/strong>
There will be two social events for the online attendees on Wednesday, 19:00 CEST<\/a> and Thursday, 18:30 CEST<\/a>. The events will be hosted on Who2chat<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
