Welcome to the registration page of CHIWORK 2023. CHIWORK 2023 will take place on June 13th until June 16th, 2023.

The program of CHIWORK 2023 will be offering a wide range of formats:
● Student Consortium and Workshops, Tuesday June 13, 2023: The Student Consortium Day will allow students to present their ongoing work and discuss it with other students and seniors in the field. Moreover, workshops will be held on this day.
● Main Conference Days, Wednesday and Thursday, June 14 and June 15, 2023: The main conference will take place on Wednesday and Thursday. The program will offer a keynote, the full paper presentations as well as posters and demos.
● Lab Tours, June 16, 2023: For those that stay until Friday, we can offer lab tours at the OFFIS Institute for IT.
Registration fees
All full papers need to have one author to cover the publication fee of 100 € Euros for the paper. We have applied for publication in the ACM DL and we are confident that the application will be approved. This comes with the advantage to have the papers published in the prestigious ACM DL and the publication fee is to cover these costs. We are offering the option to participate on-site and also offer online participation for the main conference parts. The registration fee on site will cover the conference participation, basic food and beverages in the breaks and the social event.
Online Participation
We will offer online participation in the main presentation sessions and asynchronous hybrid participation in poster sessions. Online participation for workshops will be determined by workshop organizers. We will also offer digital
chat and meeting rooms in which the participants can share part of the conference experience.
