Code of Conduct

Welcome to CHIWORK 2026! At CHIWORK, we believe in respect, understanding, and inclusion. We want our conference to be a place where community members can freely share ideas, which requires welcoming diversity in opinion and background. All CHIWORK community members will act in accordance with these values, the SIGCHI Code of Conduct, and the ACM Policy Against Harassment in order to create a space where every member can express themselves without fear of judgment or harassment. We summarize the expected and unacceptable behaviour below, adapting language from the CSCW Code of Conduct and the ACM Policy Against Harassment.

  • Treat everyone with respect and consideration; under the umbrella of respect, we expect all participants to be mindful of their speech and behaviours both in person and online;
